Description
Our Albarino comes from a 6 acre planting of Albariño in a cooler area of the Yakima Valley. Winemaking comprised of straight forward stainless steel fermentation and aging with moderate lees contact for four months. Malolactic fermentation was discouraged. The wine was lightly cold stabilized, fined and filtered before being bottled.
